This page explains how deposits and withdrawals work for customers in Bangladesh and sets expectations before you make a transaction. The aim is simple: give you locally familiar methods, clear limits, and straightforward timing, with security controls that protect your account and funds. Deposit methods (where supported)
- Mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (DBBL), Upay.
- Cards: Visa and Mastercard issued in Bangladesh.
- Local bank transfer: online banking or counter deposit with the provided reference.
Currencies and conversion
Balances are shown in BDT whenever possible. If you choose another currency, the exchange rate is displayed on the cashier screen before you confirm. We do not add hidden mark-ups. Providers may apply their own fees or conversion spreads; those appear when available.
How to deposit
